Together with a degree in Marketing & Hospitality Management (UNSW), Silvana has 10 years experience in the areas of Brand Management, Marketing Communications, Product Launch, Event Marketing, Direct Marketing and Loyalty Marketing.

She has worked extensively in the areas of Consumer Electronics, Health, Beauty and Insurance for large multi-national organisations and has previously been responsible for the entire marketing function for small – medium sized businesses.

Silvana is a Professional Member of the Australian Institute of Marketing, consulting with small – medium businesses primarily in the areas of brand and marketing strategy to achieve results that drive future growth.

Steve Carvell
Director

Coming from a technical background, having a Diploma in IT and being a qualified Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Steve has immense infrastructure and systems knowledge. His technical aptitude encompasses network engineering, systems development and project management.

He has worked closely with business analysts, web developers, programmers, graphic designers and marketing consultants to manage the design and delivery of solutions and projects in the areas of Finance (Commonwealth Bank of Australia), Consumer Electronics (Sony Australia), Insurance (GIO), Information Technology (EDS), Retail (David Jones).

Being a certified business coach coupled with his technical experience enables Steve to interface between clients and technical partners to deliver custom built solutions with regard to web development and online marketing.
