The look of the Association was no longer relevant and meaningful to its members or the wider community. The business image needed to be revised and simplified. IT Factor AustraliaThe business issueUndergoing a name change, IT Factor, an IT outsourcing company had the objective of creating a new brand identity and premium positioning in the market. The re-branding exercise needed to be supported throughout all touch points of the business. The business solutionNew brand identity & positioning established, new logo & corporate livery, business stationery, company brochure, website and other collateral to support the premium positioning in the market. A ‘welcome pack’ was developed for sales representatives to leave with prospects after a sales call. This resulted in an increased uptake of services. A targeted direct mail campaign to local businesses was implemented to foster brand awareness and recognition. A further direct mail campaign promotion offered a special discount on IT services for a limited time. The business resultThe re-branding exercise was welcomed by existing customers and provided a launch platform for the business to attract and retain new customers. The direct mail campaign achieved a 3% response rate.
